Charming sci-fi adventure starring a mole

AstroMole is a premium adventure title for PC developed by Brave Traveller Games. It's a sci-fi space game that centers around a quirky mole with a jetpack that lets her travel through space. She will visit multiple planets and dig through their core for precious resources.

Similar to Bread & Fred or A Hat in Time, AstroMole features a charming cartoon-like art style. It's complemented by a light-hearted story and casual gameplay that anyone can enjoy. New players can try a demo version first to get a preview of what they can expect from the full game.

Space explorer

AstroMole follows the grand adventure of Cris, a mole armed with a jetpack that lets her travel through space. She is on a mission to explore the galaxy and see all the wonders and mysteries it has in store, one dig sight at a time. However, everything is shaped by the Cosmic Anomaly which continually distorts time and space, providing a unique and different challenge with every visit you make.

There are multiple planets to visit, each hosting unique environments, hostile creatures, and hazards to watch out for. The core gameplay loop in AstroMole revolves around landing on them and excavating for resources and treasures like Gems, Star Stones, and Blueprints. Overcome all kinds of special challenges to be awarded Aster Jewels, which will help you delve deeper into the Cosmic Anomaly and discover its secrets.

Take all your loot back to your sister Condy, who can help you upgrade your equipment and unlock new abilities to face enemies. Dive into Black Holes created by the Anomaly for even more precious treasure, but be wary of the increased danger they pose. All that said, the gameplay can sometimes feel a bit grindy, though, but that's par for the course for these collecthaton-type games.

Digging through space

Overall, AstroMole is a fun and charming sci-fi adventure that you can check out if you're looking for something light-hearted yet engaging to play. From its quirky space explorer to the various planets you can visit and treasures to collect, there are plenty of things to experience here. It has a free demo version that you can try and see for yourself.

In Softonic we scan all the files hosted on our platform to assess and avoid any potential harm for your device. Our team performs checks each time a new file is uploaded and periodically reviews files to confirm or update their status. This comprehensive process allows us to set a status for any downloadable file as follows:

Clean

It’s extremely likely that this software program is clean.

What does this mean?

We have scanned the file and URLs associated with this software program in more than 50 of the world's leading antivirus services; no possible threat has been detected.

Warning

This software program is potentially malicious or may contain unwanted bundled software.

Why is the software program still available?

Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are possibly false positives.

What is a false positive?

It means a benign program is wrongfully flagged as malicious due to an overly broad detection signature or algorithm used in an antivirus program.
